    Malaysia ranked 9th in EF English Proficiency Index

     

    In 1947, when the British were finally expelled from India.  It is driven out of a country scarred by decades of imperialist rule.  It left at least one parting gift, a linguistic legacy that has formed a crucial ingredient in the country’s economic miracle.  In India’s rise to the top of the world’s information technology and knowledge industries, English proficiency is hailed as an invaluable foundation.  Fueling the country’s rapid growth with a billions of dollars of business every year and streams of overseas investments into a global Information Technology as Bangalore.

    Sun Minyi, a nine year old Chinese pupil listen ti his teacher during a special English class at Chongming county north of Shanghai.  However Asian Rival China surpasses India’s English proficiency rates for the first time.  The advantage over other developing economies looks to have been squandered.  The report said that it appears that China is poised to surpass India in the number of English speakers in the coming years, if it is not already done.  The implication to India’s future Information Technology and outsourcing prospects are not difficult to calculate.

    The Times of India’s biggest-selling English newspaper, wrote in an editorial that for the past six decade. India has been coasting on its colonial legacy when it comes to English.  Although without the systematic changes needed to ensure a greater penetration of the language, the advantage has been shrinking.

    In schools across the country, as Chinese authorities ramp up English teaching, looking to tap into a growing international outsourcing and Information Technology market.  India’s public education sector has been criticized for the poor facilities falling on the standards and a lack of government support.  The editorial added that more than ever, English holds aspirational value for the average Indian who views it as a ticket to the economic betterment.  Nevertheless, on the supply side, both the central and state government have been sadly lacking.  IT is time that they woke up to the particular side effect of the Indian public education systems moribund state.  There are economic consequences in the offering.  The India’s far behind in manufacturing, it could be bested as a service p;provider as well.

    The Malaysia which has mimicked India’s use English as a language used by the no-one and use by all, tops the Asian region for the proficiency and it was placed ninth globally in the ranking.  It assessed using hundred of thousands of tests conducted across the participating countries.

    Outsourcing is the best way to have a successful and best development company and business today.  This is the best wherein it helps to find solution in every thing.
